Finnish VTT in historic collaboration with US entities – commercial fusion energy closer than ever

Press release 30 October 2024 VTT, based in Finland, has been selected as the first-ever foreign partner to join an ARPA-E research program funded by the US Department of Energy, focusing on enabling the commercialisation of fusion energy. VTT launches bioeconomy projects worth nearly 20 million euros as part of the US National Science Foundation's Global Centers research program

Press release 23 October 2024 VTT is participating in two projects under the US National Science Foundation's (NSF) Global Centers program, which aim to solve global challenges, especially through bioeconomy.
